Job Description

? Coordinate and plan for timing and allocation of materials, manufacturing equipment and the size of workforce required to meet delivery date on sales order.

? Assist to develop production schedule detailing all tasks and deadlines for each tasks (e.g. product design, mould development, mass production, quality checking etc.) to meet predicted completion date.

? Work with warehouse, production, purchasing, sales, quality, and human resources department to ensure all workers, materials, and machinery will be available when required.

? Proactively monitor material availability, manpower availability and overall project progress to ensure it's following the schedule.

? Rectify problem at production including staff shortage and machine malfunction, backup solution for problems that occur during production.

? Identify methods to improve efficiency in production through planning, managing schedule and reporting.

? Collect various data from operators and prepare documentations and reports for management's perusal. This covering purchase order, maintenance records, daily stock movement reports, production output reports, production reject reports and others.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word. Passion for continuous improvement and a keen eye for optimising production processes Good time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
