As a Provider Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for helping the team with administration/ ad-hoc tasks daily. What You\'ll Own (aka Responsibilities) Organize and maintain provider records. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of work. Carries out training of Mednefits Provider system and workflow to new and existing Providers all over Malaysia and Singapore through Zoom meeting/ Google Meet/Phone calls. Providing support for existing healthcare providers. Conduct analysis on panel transaction and non-panel claims data. Manage administrative task assignments to ensure all tasks are completed. Maintaining strong working relationships across departments. What You\'ll Need (aka Requirements) Tech-savvy person Preferably with working experience in Healthcare sector. Very meticulous and pays strong attention to details Comfortable with administrative work. Strong team player who is willing to help out with other teams. Quick learner and can quickly have a strong understanding of the company\'s platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common data entry tools. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
