We are looking for a passionate and collaborative finance expert to join Rebates and Channel Center of Excellence (COE) to support Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) business unit. Intel PSG is the pioneer of programmable logic solutions, enabling system and semiconductor companies to rapidly and cost effectively innovate, differentiate, and win in their markets. PSG drives Billions of revenues through hardware sales, servicing thousands of customers through its network of distributors and direct sales. On October 3rd. Intel announced that standalone operations for PSG are expected to begin Jan. 1, 2024, with ongoing support from Intel. Intel expects to report PSG as a separate business unit when it releases first-quarter 2024 financials. Over the next two to three years, Intel intends to conduct an IPO for PSG and may explore opportunities with private investors to accelerate the business\'s growth, with Intel retaining a majority stake. This position leads the cross-collaboration effort of PSG Channel Finance system and process standalone exercise, manages, and oversees the end-to-end finance service including distributor reporting, rebate claims and payments, inventories reconciliations as well as distributor revenue close and reporting for PSG customers. Those data are the basis for Intel PSG\'s channel revenue recognition and are also used for product procurement and market projections.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Business, Accounting and System Information or related field and 7 years of related practical experiences
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
System aptitude, Data analytics, Power BI, SAP experiences will be added advantages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Willing to work well in team environment capability to perform in an evolving dynamic business space.
Experience with risk management and controls; able to execute plans and interpret and defend his or her assessments through a clear understanding of the risks under consideration.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and their interrelationships. Uses knowledge of business drivers to provide insight issues identified.
Strategic analytical support charting the course in a brand-new data environment.
Able to collaboration and develop business partnership across same or different organization and location to understand and proactively contribute customer requirements.

Working Model
