Position Title : QA Engineer (Renewal Contract basis)

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM7,000 (depends on experienced)

Responsibilities

Mission: Manage overall Pre-shipping Inspection [PSI] process for the production.

\xc2\xb7 Organization of inspection activities and inspection plan in accordance with production schedule and shipment approval

\xc2\xb7 Manage the PSI inspection room in cooperation with supplier manufacturer

\xc2\xb7 Preparation and maintenance of PSI checklist/ data record/ PSI report format, according to the procedure

\xc2\xb7 Withdraw Finish Goods from Supplier on sampling basis

\xc2\xb7 Conduct PSI inspection and test at supplier side with support of PSI inspector and Supplier Helper

\xc2\xb7 Prepare the inspection report and share it with the \xe2\x80\x9cSupplier Manufacturing Manager\xe2\x80\x9d for approval, and with Supplier for release of shipment or reject of batch.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain Record of inspection and related PSI KPI results using specific tools

\xc2\xb7 Overall support during PSI inspection to the team in analyzing, together with the supplier, any quality issues. Identify any necessary corrective action to be taken to ensure the required quality level of the products.

Requirement

We are ideally looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in product-assembly, knowledgeable about product inspection and auditing

\xc2\xb7 Fluent English (written/spoken)

\xc2\xb7 Technical background

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of quality principles

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

\xc2\xb7 High flexibility

\xc2\xb7 Strongly result-oriented behavior

\xc2\xb7 Available to travel in case of necessity
