Job Description
This role requires a PTP Analyst with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving accounting processes, specifically in the Procure to Pay (PTP) area.
- Maintain and improve Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within PTP.
- Manage supplier relationships and handle any related queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
