AP Executive
Our client is a well-established MNC manufacturer based in JB Town, Johor Bahru.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Chemicals)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
*Good remuneration package
*Basic salary, AWS and variable bonus
:
- Responsible for AP daily operations - Post transaction, match Inv/Po, verify variance, schedule payment date till process payment to vendors.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly creditor reconciliation for intercompany and third party.
- Monitor and tracking of unreceived invoice report and follow up on all the outstanding invoices.
- Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in Account payable functions.
- Min. Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP software.
- Willing to work at odd hours (12:00pm - 9:30pm)
