Job Description

This role focuses on managing the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will support the Accounting & Finance department in a fast-paced Business Services environment.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle payment processing activities, including preparing payment runs and resolving payment issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to PTP.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the PTP function.
