Job Description

The PTP role in the professional services industry will support the accounting and finance department by managing accounts payable processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a structured and growth-oriented environment.

  • Work as an SME in Accounts Payable
  • Drive process segmentation & harmonization on Accounts Payables projects together with the countries and the GBS
  • Provide support to both operations and transitions.
  • Perform process analysis, identify gaps, and propose opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist all teams with reporting requirements.
  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all process improvement initiatives and current challenges
  • Be able to create reports based upon business requirements and hand over to AP team
  • Relationship management to drive fixes and changes through to production in a timely manner
  • Drive meetings and provide technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Be responsible of creating training material and train the assigned people whenever required
  • Update the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that all the processes and subprocesses are properly captured and maintained
  • Assist Digital Team with building of related Reports and Dashboards requirements
  • Ensure S2P and P2P (AP) Data Quality is at a level which meets KPI's and Objectives
  • Ensure Data Integrity in all Tier 1 Systems that are Orders based. SAP/ITSM/Manage Centre
  • Help Define KPI's/SLA's and ensure team is meeting these agreements.
  • Works with other GPO's and Tower Lead to identify service improvements end to end and innovation opportunities within the Tower.
  • Supports and works to develop roadmap along with SME stakeholders and to expand scope if necessary and applicable to include additional processes and business units.
  • Tactfully manages all escalation, if any, and provides consistent improvements towards optimization that ultimately delivers better quality of service at a more efficient cost.
  • Leadership Support:
  • Actively communicates and manages change within S2P and P2P and across business partners, working alongside other Operational and Service line SMEs and Regional Operating Leads.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships by collaborating across (countries, affiliates), building trust, commitment, accountability, and results with all clients.

A successful PTP - Management Trainee should have:
  • * Accounting experience and relevant similar work experience in the field area,
  • * Language proficiency for English
  • * Work experience with ERP system,
  • * Technology and new tools enthusiast. Able to self-learn, experiment, develop knowledge and understanding.
  • * Good analytical and mathematical skills which could be used in practical applications
