1. Develop, foster and maintain an effective partnership with government agencies and local authorities for all matters regarding project.
2. Coordinate relevant permits, licenses and approvals that may be required at each site.
3. Work closely with Project Manager to ensure statutory requirements are met and fully compliance.
4. Manage and resolve complaints in addition to initiating investigative procedures where necessary, to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and adherence to Council and community expectations.
5. Establish and maintain high level relationships with relevant government agencies.
6. Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project
7. Attend dialogue sessions with the Resident Committees and related parties.
