Position Summary:

If you love writing, enjoy keeping up with what's trending, and get excited about seeing your work in the media or online, this role is for you. As our Junior PR Consultant, you'll be right in the mix across earned media, content creation, and social storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in shaping PR strategies and media outreach plans. Draft press releases, media advisories, Q&As, briefings and client statements with clarity and flair. Coordinate interviews, media requests and press events (virtual or on-ground). Help bring social content to life, from captions and post planning to coordinating with designers. Write engaging copy for digital platforms, proposals and editorial-style content. Monitor the media, track coverage and put together reports that highlight what's working. Maintain media lists, press kits, and editorial calendars. Collaborate with our marketing, design, and digital folks to make campaigns come alive.

Requirements:

A degree in PR, Mass Comm, Marketing, Journalism, or anything related. 1-2 years of experience in PR, communications, content creation, or internships that gave you hands-on exposure. Strong writing skills and a great command of English (bonus if you're witty). A good understanding of the local media landscape in Malaysia or Singapore is a plus. Someone who can juggle tasks, adapt quickly, and keep things moving. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic work tools.

Friendly, confident communicator. Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented. A team player with good vibes, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Reporting Line:

You will report directly to the PR Director or Account Manager assigned to your team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
