Job Description

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing/membership recruitment PR and Communication
• Possess good interpersonal communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong leadership & managerial skills.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and creativity.
• Good time management, planning, and organization skills.
• Excellent ability with Microsoft Office Applications; Outlook Excel/Word, PowerPoint, etc
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies for the company and partners.

• Organize PR events (e.g., press conferences, networking sessions, seminars, etc.).

• Collaborate and maintain open communication with stakeholders and consumers.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings, serving as an informed representative.

• Oversee the creation and dissemination of various corporate communication materials, including news releases, advertorial content, write-ups, annual reports, fact sheets, corporate profiles, spokesperson profiles, website, and social media content.

• Handle all administrative matters related to communication matters and prepare documents according to the superior\'s requirements.

• Manage and maintain the organization\'s social media accounts and presence.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the target audience.

• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and inquiries.

• Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Assist the superior in the coordination of organization operations.

• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Director of the company.
