Responsibilities

• Support in the A-Z implementation of the plan including press releases, media launches, working with key influencers, media calls, media visits following internal SOPs.

• Basic Event management for clients for promotional launches or media related events, or manage partner event companies in the execution of the campaign

• Extract clippings of daily news coverage and provide reports to client including media coverage reports.

• Research and write articles / press releases to targeted media when required.

• Assist PR Manager\xe2\x80\x99s accounts for digital PR and influencer management strategies.

• Media calls and follow ups

• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Possess at least a certification in Public Relations/Communications/ Media Studies or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of related working experience is required. However, fresh graduates with high passion and interest in the PR industry are encouraged for the Executive role.

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects.

• Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as able to meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.

• Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST.

• Must be confident, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting people.

• Willing to work on extended hours and on Public Holidays when necessary.

• Preferably possess own transport for ease of carrying out PR activities.
