• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with Aonic\'s business objectives and market positioning.
• Lead strategic communication initiatives to enhance brand reputation and visibility among key stakeholders, including government agencies.

\xef\xbb\xbfMedia Relations and Messaging

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Craft compelling narratives and messages to communicate Aonic\'s innovations, achievements, and thought leadership.

Crisis Communication and Reputation Management:

• \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop proactive strategies for managing potential crises and protecting Aonic\'s reputation.
• Act as a spokesperson and manage media inquiries during critical incidents, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

\xef\xbb\xbfGovernment Relations and Stakeholder Engagement:

• \xef\xbb\xbfUtilize experience in government relations to foster positive relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies.
• Collaborate with B2G teams to align communication strategies with government policies and initiatives.

\xef\xbb\xbfContent Creation and Thought Leadership:

• \xef\xbb\xbfDrive thought leadership initiatives by producing high-quality content, including articles, blogs, and white papers.
• Identify opportunities for Aonic\'s executives to participate in industry forums, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.

Internal and External Communications:

• \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Measurement and Reporting:

• \xef\xbb\xbfMonitor media coverage, sentiment, and PR campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting PR achievements, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in senior PR roles, with a strong track record in high growth environments and government relations.
• Deep understanding of media relations, crisis management, and strategic PR planning, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear and compelling messages.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in media monitoring tools, PR analytics, and digital platforms to drive data-driven PR strategies
