Responsibilities

Assist partners and associates in handling corporate and commercial matters. Draft, review, and prepare various agreements and legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions or summaries on corporate and regulatory issues. Assist in due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work. Liaise with clients, authorities, and other relevant parties under supervision. Manage documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient file management. Attend client meetings and discussions to gain exposure to corporate advisory and transactional processes.

Requirements

Possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university. CLP / BPTC / Bar qualification preferred. Strong interest in corporate and commercial law. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, eager to learn, and professional in conduct.
