We are looking for a responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
Purchasing Coordinator
to support our procurement operations. This role involves supplier coordination, order processing, stock replenishment, and shipment follow-up.
You will be working closely with China suppliers --
Chinese proficiency is required
.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with China suppliers for quotations, pricing, MOQ and delivery schedules
Prepare purchase orders and follow through until goods are delivered
Track shipments and handle delivery delays or discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse on incoming stocks and quality checks
Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning
Maintain purchasing records, cost sheets and supplier database
Support new product development sourcing when required
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or related fields
Able to communicate in Chinese (spoken & written)
Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive and responsible
Good with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheet)
Experience in FMCG, e-commerce or retail is an added advantage
