Job Description

Kriteria:
- Perempuan
- Sekurang-kurangnya berkelulusan SPM
- Perlu tahu operasi komputer
- Perlu tahu menggunakan email, microsft excel & words.
- Bertanggungjawab, bekerja dengan teliti, dan boleh melakukannya secara berdikari
- Bekerja 5 hari (Mon-Fri : 8.00am- 5.30pm)
- Temuduga gaji

Job deskripi:
- Menyusun list pembelian barang yang diperlukan production / office.
- Mengkategorikan list pembelian antara; pembelian barang bulanan & sekali beli.
- Menyusun list vendor penyedia barang.
- Meminta approval pembelian kepada management / bahagian kewangan untuk anggaran.
- Menghubungi supplier & vendor untuk mendapatkan quotation / penawaran harga.
- Menganalisa penawaran (harga, fitur, servis, Etc.)
- Melakukan nego harga, servis, waktu, yang diperoleh dari supplier.
- Membuat dokumen purchase order (PO).
- Mengirim PO kepada supplier & vendor barang
- Check kualiti barang yang sampai.
- Dokumentasi dokumen-dokumen penjualan & SST.
- Merekod bahagian logistik untuk pencatatan barang masuk.
