Requirements

Preferably 1 year of working experience in a related field. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / English /

Mandarin

(Mandarin is MANDATORY as need deal with China ).

is preferred. Experience in handling overseas shipments (especially China) is an advantage. Experience in price negotiation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle overseas orders and follow up on order status. Check, compare, and update exchange rates (cheque rate/charge rate). Follow up on shipments and update ETA to the Sales team. Check shipment rates, compare quotations, and confirm with management. Request product costing from suppliers and update the Sales department from time to time. Organise, manage, and file daily documents systematically. Handle RMA matters (faulty unit claims) and liaise with suppliers. Ensure accurate, prompt, and up-to-date data entry in the system. Liaise closely with

Purchasing / Store / Sales departments

when required. Carry out any tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
