Job Description

Job Summary:



Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the company to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast demand. Maintain updated records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues such as delays, quality problems, or discrepancies. Prepare purchasing reports and cost analyses for management review. Support internal departments in procurement-related matters and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate with Finance for supplier invoices and payment arrangements. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
