Managing system order material and Issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers and ask quotation from suppliers.
Follow up with supplier of material ordered.
Stock taking of the quantities and condition of items held in a warehouse and key in data.
Key in Delivery Order (DO) in system to always be updated.
Track the status of any orders.
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
Filing Deliver Order and Invoice.
Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:-
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent time management
Excellent communication skills.
Able to communicate in Malay, English and Chinese.
Good behavior, team player, well organized and positive working attitude with pleasant personalities.
