Job Description

Purchasing:



Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services from vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information Adapt to SQL system

Administration:



Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
