Key Responsibilities



Sourcing & Supplier Management

:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective supply of materials. Conduct regular supplier assessments and performance evaluations.

Procurement & Purchasing

:

Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials. Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels without overstocking.

Order Tracking & Delivery Management

:

Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to address any issues related to delayed or incomplete deliveries. Manage and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues with suppliers promptly.

Cost Control & Budgeting

:

Analyze and monitor spending trends to optimize procurement costs. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure purchases align with budgetary requirements. Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

:

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality control teams to understand material requirements. Provide timely updates on procurement activities to relevant departments. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to streamline the procurement process.

Qualifications



Prefer a female Mandarin speaker. Strong background in Electronic Technology. Diploma or equivalence. 5+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills, fluent in Mandarin. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers." Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
