1. Plan, manage and coordinate for monthly & yearly inventory stock take and investigate if any discrepancies are found
2. Responsible for monthly cost allocation and calculation for each department.
3. Participating in the budgeting process
4. Analyse changes in product purchase or services provided, to determine effects on cost and pricing
5. Provide guidance and supervision to the team and ensure that they fully contribute to the operational schedules and plans of the company
6. Prepare reports as Director requested
7. Support overall financial performance and drive continuous improvement on the financial processes and systems to ensure business operations achieve their optimum
8. Provide leadership and guidance in maximizing resources, using assets, and streamlining work processes
9. Booking hotels and flight tickets through Agoda for staff
10. Purchasing month-end groceries and stationaries for each branch
11. Review Purchase Requisition (PR Form) and negotiate with the supplier before purchasing the products
12. Reporting directly to Director

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
