Source, negotiate, and purchase PCB-related materials, components, and consumables at the best cost and lead time.
Manage and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to ensure sufficient material availability.
Monitor material costs and support cost reduction or process improvement projects.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with China/Taiwan suppliers and vendors.
