1) Responsible for card purchases in Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Mexico, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey and other countries (depends on allocation by HOD).
2) Constantly ensure all card issues are well managed.
3) Shop for the best available deals on required items by looking up the prices from multiple suppliers to obtain the required items at the lowest available price.
4) Process purchase orders, update on SEAGM platform as needed to record purchases made when money has been paid, and all other relevant information.
5) Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
6) Filling out all necessary purchase orders.
7) Constantly keep in check of inventory levels and ensure that the inventory if fully stocked and supplied.
8) Tracking and controlling of the card purchase expenses to align with the budget made in previous week.
9) Check card problem with supplier/publisher support and find alternative solution for the card issues.
10) Liaise and follow up with fraud support team on fraud-related card issues.
11) Assist in onboarding new products.
12) Assisting to build up purchasing and card related information.
13) Price setting for card.
