Process day-to-day sourcing such as potential supplier, price inquiries, negotiating terms with suppliers, comparing and evaluating offers, and managing the full cycle of purchasing activities.
Purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimise price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.
Ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to meet production schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate work across different departments within the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
Other duties directed by the Superior.
SPM, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or it's related.
??Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
??Familiarity with ERP system and Microsoft Office.
??Fluency in mandarin and English.
??Good command of mandarin, both spoken and written, as there is a need to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers from China.
??Excellent negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
??Strong organizational and time management abilities.
??Ability to work independently
