Requirements 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation. Strong analytical skills and experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and budget management. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative manner. Proficient in procurement software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience working in a remote environment and managing supplier relationships across different geographies. Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement management systems. Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to support purchasing decisions. Familiarity with contract management software and e-procurement platforms. Responsibilities Lead the procurement process from supplier selection through contract negotiation and execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that optimize costs while maintaining quality and delivery standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance supply chain performance. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, and evaluate supplier capabilities to inform purchasing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product development, to forecast purchasing needs and align procurement strategies accordingly. Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure service level agreements are met.
