Job Description

:

Assist in preparing

cost estimates and budgeting

for construction projects. Support in

measuring and evaluating on-site work

completed by contractors or workers. Assist in

listing and tracking building materials and items

throughout all construction stages until project completion. Help to

optimize cost savings

on materials across various project sites and locations. Able to

negotiate and liaise with hardware suppliers and vendors

to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials to site. Update and maintain records of purchased materials in the

Bill of Quantities (BQ)

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is an added advantage. Male or Female. Must have

own transport

(when required to visit sites or suppliers). Based in

Shah Alam, Selangor

. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer usage.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
