Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities :

1.1 General

- To be responsible for all purchases of materials, raw materials and tools for the Company.

- To do sourcing and compare prices before purchase of materials.

- To keep the internal sources in confidential without exposing to the outside market.

- To expedite quality and delivery reliability.

- To ensure that all orders are inserted into the inventory system. - To maintain good filing system.

- To ensure all other paper work are to be cleared daily.

- To be responsible for ordering of materials/check price & follow up on delivery.

- To advise production and planning dept on the lead time of arrival and availability of materials.

- To ensure all PR are raised prior to order.

- To follow up on the sub-con order note and price quotation.

- To liaise with the receiving personnel for items received, rejected and rework items as well as stock status to ensure sufficient stocks for use.

- To take note on stock and non-stock items.

- To follow up on undelivered item and advice the requestor on expected date.

- To prepare and submit outstanding delivery report.

- To evaluate the performances of suppliers by monthly.

- To ensure all purchasing procedures and documents used are in compliance with the ISO registered flow.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you by your superior or the

- To control on tool consumption within the budget given.

- To make sure all order is by job no which given by Sales Dept.

- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time

1.2 Liaison with other Departments

- To coordinate with the other departments on the purchases and arrival of raw materials or goods.

1.3 Work Environment

- To ensure the work place is clean and tidy at all times and to adhere to all the Company's rules and regulations.

Requirements :

- Minimum Degree or Diploma - At least 2-3 years working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
