Job Description

Position: Purchaser

Location: Prima Sri Gombak

Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 per month (based on qualifications & experience)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery timeline. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain and update supplier records, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents. Monitor stock levels and work with relevant departments to ensure sufficient material supply. Collaborate with the finance department for invoice verification and supplier payment processes. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

Male candidates are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 1-2 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement. Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Able to speak and write in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
