Main Duties & Responsibilities Process invoices, payments and perform payment reconciliation. Perform vendor creation. Perform vendor management. Create purchase order and be responsible for maintenance activities. Perform identification, communication and resolution of outstanding / rejected / duplicated invoices. Understand and comply with standard financial, procurement and legal requirements, guidelines and instructions when carrying out daily activities. Perform and manage forecasting activities with internal stakeholders. Review parameters of country and perform processing of forecast exception requests based on internal SOP. Work closely with internal stakeholders with regards to nailing down the necessary payment requirements and arrangement which are to be specified in agreements to be executed with vendors. Perform identification, communication and resolution of any forecast and agreement issues linked to payment set up. Minimum requirements Minimum 1 year of experience of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable in pharmaceutical related field. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Science / Accounting / Finance. Possess strong computer skills and project management knowledge (i.e. processes & skills). Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Meticulous and able to articulate and communicate in English well.
