Baby & Mother Product Retail Store
Location: Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri
Position: Purchasing / Admin Assistant
Branch: Nusa Bestari / Mutiara Mas / Eco Botanic / Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: 0 - 2years experience: RM2000 - RM2500
Salary: 2 years above experience: RM2500 - RM3500
*Good Attendance is a benefit for increment upon confirmation.
Full Time (Management): 10AM
7.15PM (Off Saturday) include OT pay - if applicable.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue PO to supplier
• Data Entry (Invoicing)
• Prepare payment & daily settlement
• Purchase and sourcing activity
• Support purchasing activity & follow up with vendor
• Prepare monthly reports of purchasing and expenses.
• Perform any duties independently, solve problems, organize and plan ahead
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma is a plus or preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in administration / purchasing or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• Opportunities to promote to higher position as we are opening more branches so need more higher position
