Issue and manage purchase orders
in accordance with company policies and requirements.
Track order status
to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Maintain and update supplier records, pricing, and product information in procurement systems or databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance issues.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of
invoices and payment reconciliation

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Prepare regular procurement reports and provide insights to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Assist in negotiating
contract terms
and reviewing supplier agreements where applicable.
