Key Reponsibilities: >Manage purchasing daily processing cycle form response to PR, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery and etc. >To feedback and follow up the issues regarding quality, shortage, wrong products delivery, claim and replacement with suppliers. >Obtain quotations from vendors / suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness. >Source for new parts, materials, services or suppliers when the need arises. >Support day-to-day Administration, purchasing of stationeries, office equipments, office general items etc. >Prepare monthly reports >Check item condition, description, quantity, strength, length, size, volume, expire date, and lot no. >Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system. >Responsible for production planning analysis as well as inventory control to maintain safety stock level. >Proven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements. >Communicate and work closely with internal departments to ensure material , stock plan schedule and customer order is meet. >Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication with team members. >Multitask / Undertake ad-hoc task when required. Requirements:

• Diploma/SPM with preferably minimum of 2 years related working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Language: Malay , English and Chinese.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High responsibility.
• Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motived, discipline and results oriented with strong initiative and has the ability to work under minimal supervision.
