Your new company:
My client is one of the leading and fast-growing solar solution companies in Japan, established since 2011. They provide a total solar solution to their valued customer, from small range of solar panel to large scale solar farming. They have installed over 2000 sites all over Japan and supply electricity to more than 300,000 retail customer. They are ranked top 10 among new power retailers.

What you will be responsible to:

• Purchase goods using SQL system as required in an accurate and timely manner.
• Preparing shipping documents for oversea trading business.
• Identifies/ evaluates suppliers and financial evaluation to EPCC for Project sales.
• Liaise with suppliers to build relationships and ensure the best pricing and quality.
• Liaise with OEM for purchase and shipment arrangement (required to communicate with OEM China in Chinese through email/wechat).
• Liaise with forwarder and arranges for transportation of purchased goods and ensure the most economical
• methods of transport are used for importation.
• Maintain information in reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other related tasks as required.
