Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Executive and play a vital role in enhancing supply chain efficiency and driving business growth.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels at building strong supplier relationships, negotiating competitive deals, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and services.

In this role, you will support the purchasing team in sourcing, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods at the best possible prices.

:

Preparing purchase order and follow up on delivery. Sourcing for new products and supplies. Negotiating with supplies to secure the best pricing and terms. Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and developing new suppliers' partnerships. Analysing sales data and preparing reports. Preparing monthly promotion plans. Handle administrative tasks related to procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities. Provide support in vendor database and costing update.

Requirement:

Possess Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided. Mandarin literate would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a group. Positive attitude, willing to learn, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure. Able to work under minimal supervision. Responsible and aggressive in carrying out duties and tasks assigned. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
