Company BackgroundWe are representing our client a seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near to LRT station - 5 min walking distance).They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive (Mandarin Spoken & Written is required)
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)

- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
- Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided)
- 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing field is added advantage.
- Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to details.
