purchasing process

from request ? quotation ? PO issuance Source & evaluate

suppliers/vendors

Negotiate

price, lead time & payment terms

Prepare

Purchase Order (PO)

& ensure timely deliveries Maintain purchasing records, supplier list & price tracking Coordinate with warehouse/production for material requirements Ensure compliance with company SOP & purchasing policy

Requirements :



Minimum

Diploma/Degree

(Business/Admin/Supply Chain) atau setara Experience dalam

Purchasing/Procurement

adalah kelebihan Good communication & negotiation skills Able to work independently & handle multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Able to start immediately ?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
