Assist in sourcing for restaurant needs across categories such as fresh produce, packaged goods, oils, packaging, premiums, IT and industrial equipment.
Process requisitions from branches and HQ for ad hoc supplies and equipment.
Compile outlet replenishment orders and raise Purchase Orders accordingly for approval by Finance.
Liaise with forwarders for air or sea freight for imported goods, and closely monitor goods delivery schedules.
Ensure all department adhere to policies and procedures set by Procurement Department.
Perform any other duties and responsibility that will be assigned from time to time that are related to your role as Purchasing Assistant and Company's business.
Requirement:
Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and ability to organize are essential.
Have minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing.
Own transportation.
Able to commute when required.
Qualification:
Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field.
