Job Description


1. Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration / Professional Certificates (related)2. Minimum 1 year of Purchasing experience3. Knowledge of using Excell, SQL software, and basic computer skills4. Ability to work with minimum supervision5. Open for male candidates onlyResponsibilities1. Working with Purchasing manager / executive to run the purchasing department.2. Performing vendor research and selection.3. Maintaining working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities.4. Review purchasing agreements with vendors, monitoring vendors performance and renegotiating contracts.5. Using annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management.6. Manage purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.7. Working with warehouse/site staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.Benefits1. 5 working days (Monday to Friday)2.
