Job Description

What you will do in this role:

Monitor stock levels and proactively identify purchasing needs based on demand. Track orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements. Collaborate with the Buyer to maintain safety stock levels and prevent stock from exceeding maximum inventory for common items. Ensure stock supplies do not interrupt by managing procurement processes efficiently. Check and match Goods Received Note (GRN) with Delivery Orders for accuracy. Quote outlets and branches on Standard Keeping Units (SKU), updating them on any price changes. Resolve all Purchase Requisitions from outlets and branches promptly. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory. Liaise with suppliers for goods returning, managing the return process efficiently.

What you will need in this role:

Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification and above. Good understanding of supply chain procedures and Knowledge of MS Excel. Solid organisational skills. Communicate in English, Mandarin, BM to liaise with our stakeholders.
