Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & process PO to overseas & local supplier according to order requirement.
  • Communicate, coordinate and follow up with suppliers related to our orders.
  • Check & tally shipping docs vs PO.
  • Coordinate import shipment with forwarder & warehouse regarding clearance of containers within the time frame so as to avoid charges.
  • Perform Goods Received in system.
  • Maintain proper filing on all documents (COA, permit, DO, shipping docs, invoice & etc)
  • Feedback, submit and follow up on insurance claim if any damage cargo.
  • To perform stock transfer from 1 warehouse to another.
  • Check freight cost from DHI/FedEx when there is new enquiry.
  • Perform stock take when require.
  • Source & negotiate with supplier for ad hoc item.
  • To undertake any other adhoc assignment or duties assign by superior when required.
Job Requirement:
  • Experience with using SAP system will be added advantage
  • Able to work in a face-paced environment
  • Meticulous
  • Able to handle large volume of work
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Experience:
  • Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
