Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 - 3 years' working experience in related field.
Must have knowledge/background in technical/engineering.
Possess good negotiation and communication skills.
Must be self-starter, strongly motivated, result oriented and multi-tasking.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Key Responsibilities :
To assist Purchasing Manager analysing overall operation activities and identifying area for continuous improvement.
To assist Purchasing Manager preparing report, maintaining records and ISO documents is up to date.
To oversee daily operations to ensure that policies and procedure are followed, targets are met and services are provided efficiently.
To develop ongoing purchasing curriculum based on trend and best practices.
To understand and comply with company policies and directives.
Negotiate and evaluate for material price, term and condition is competitive to company needs.
To take part in complaints, investigation and preventive action.
Other assigned duties as required.
