Job Description

What will you do?



Issuing purchase orders, price inquiry, follow up on delivery of goods. Monitor stock movement to ensure availability of stock and on-time delivery from supplier. Ensure warehouse stock quantity tally with accounting software stock and check incoming material quality and quantity same as purchase order. To coordinate purchasing activity with factory department to maintain inventory and timely delivery. Perform administrative tasks assigned.

What we look for?



Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Word. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Preferably with 1 year of working experience in purchasing, specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Able to communicate and write well in English. Independent and possess a good work attitude, strong negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills. Detailed oriented and a team player Able to work in Kapar, Klang
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
