Job Description

Responsibilities:



Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Review inventories and order as required. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Review deliveries against the orders. Track the status of any orders. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Produce and maintain all reports. Call and email the checklist to new supplier Received the complete document from the supplier for superior review. Assist the department for to ensure smooth running of daily operation in office such as filling documents, updating master list and other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
