Job Description
This role will be responsible to manage procurement activities from PO ordering until delivert of CAPEX, OPEX and etc.This role will be reporting to Purchasing Manager.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing the purchasing process from order to delivery, ensuring compliance with Group Procurement Policies.
- Manage daily purchasing tasks, from processing requests to issuing POs.
- Resolve issues with vendors and ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
- Evaluate and select vendors, and develop long-term strategies with key partners.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders in SAP and ensure competitive pricing.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or any related fields
- Min 5-8 yeras in the automotive industry or B2B manufacturing.
- Preferably experience in leadership role
- Experienced in manufacturing processes, project management, vendor negotiations, and SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong in problem-solving, team leadership and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience in wide variety of manufacturing processes
- Experience in handling project and able to negotiation with vendors
- Good analytical skill and creative in solving supplier issues
