Purchasing Assistant:
We are looking for a full time office staff In Melaka Malaysia as our Malaysia Local Liaison for TehTung China. Here are the qualifications and responsibilities:
1. Female, 25-40 years old.
2. Speak and write Chinese, English, Malay
3. Minimum 3 years experiences in international trading or purchasing.
4. Full time work Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm. Some overtime may be required.
5. Responsible for daily communication to US and China offices and report assignments.
6. Perform tasks to contact local manufacturers of packaging materials such as corrugated boxes, printing, artworks, plastic and paper wrappers, stretch film, carton sealing tape, production supplies, and manage production lead-time.
7. Manage deliveries and receiving of such products, and set up reordering based on production needs.
8.Working closely with our factory managers, US Marketing managers, technical engineers, and quality control inspectors.
9.Provide cost analysis and cost comparison reports.
10.Must know MS Outlook, Words, Excel, and other office softwares.
11. Competitive Salary and Full Benefit. Salary depends on experience level.
