Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost-saving for the company
Assist in preparing PR and PO
Maintain records of quotation, invoices, delivery order, and contracts
Request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery to site
Coordinate with site, warehouse, and project teams on material requirements
Monitor delivery status and report any delays, shortages, or discrepancies
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must posses at least diploma , bachelor's degree, and prove experience in purchasing
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field preferably in a Construction Environment
Good verbal & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion skills, problem solver and planner
Experience in Microsoft Office
