To assist in daily purchasing activities which includes quotation sourcing & negotiation, preparation of purchase order, processing of invoice to account department for payment and etc
Manage and coordinate purchasing with supplier for delivery arrangement on all purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and maintain up to date purchasing record such as supplier database, purchase record and related documentation
Prepare cost analysis
Provide support to superior for the day to day purchasing function including sourcing and obtaining competitive quotes from supplier
Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by superior from time to time
Job Requirements :
Posses at least Diploma in any field of study
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to write and communicate in Malay & English
Preferably candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Computer literate and possess knowledge in Microsoft office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
