We are a local company with 22 years of experience being one of the Industry expert in providing total environmental solutions. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Purchasing Assistant to join our team!

(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities:



Raise purchase requisition and handle purchase order. PR/PO documentation filling and record update. Follow up with goods delivery from supplier and to customer. Prepare stock requisition (SRF), chemical stock check and stock take. Sales co-ordination work. Prepare chemical labels. ISO documentations. New vendor registration.

Other tasks



Handle other related tasks asign from time to time.

Requirements:



Preferably 1-2 years working experiences. Fresh graduate encourage to apply. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Good communications skill (speak & written). Quick learning, detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills. Willing to learn and team player attitude (training will be provided). Language: English & Malay.

Work Schedule:



Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm Saturday (alternate): 8.30am - 12.15pm

Job Location:



Puchong Office, Selangor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
