We are a local company with 24 years of experience being one of the Industry expert in providing total environmental solutions. We have 4 offices across the whole peninsular Malaysia. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Purchasing Assistant to join our team!

(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities:



Raise purchase requisition and handle purchase order. PR/PO documentation filling and record update. Follow up with goods delivery from supplier and to customer. Prepare stock requisition (SRF), chemical stock check and stock take. Sales co-ordination work. Prepare chemical labels. ISO documentations. New vendor registration.

Other tasks



Handle other related tasks asign from time to time.

Requirements:



Preferably 1-2 years working experiences. Fresh graduate encourage to apply. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Good communications skill (speak & written). Quick learning, detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills. Willing to learn and team player attitude (training will be provided). Language: English & Malay.

Work Schedule:



Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm Saturday (alternate): 8.30am - 12.15pm

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
